Important information

• Your house will be available as of 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival; check-out is until 10 a.m.
• To speed up the check-in process we will be asking you - about 14 days prior to your arrival - to send us your personal details (full names and birth-dates of all guests) by e-mail.
• Pets are only allowed upon request. The additional costs are Eur 18,00 € per pet per day + € 100 deposit per pet
• Upon arrival you will be asked to pay a € 350, deposit, which you can pay with a credit-card (Master or Visa), debit-card (Maestro) or in cash. The deposit will be returned to you within 14 days after your departure by crediting your credit-card or by bank-transfer. In case of the latter we would need your bank-details (IBAN en BIC).
• Bedlinen and bathtowels will be provided against a fee, as well as an initial stock of toiletpaper and garbage-bags. Kitchentowels, toiletries, detergent, etc. are not provided, so those you will need to bring.
• Each house has a filter coffee machine and a water heater
• Each house has 1 parking place near the house. Parkingfacilities in the resort are limited and therefore further cars need to be parked in the big parking-lot below the park (free).
• Charge your electric vehicle at the e-charging station directly in our facility! Note: Calculation according to charging time - not according to kWh
• Swimming pool and saunas can be used during the opening hours of the reception. Children under the age of 12 will have to be accompanied by an adult.
• Breadservice: fresh bread and pastries can be orderd via the reception on a daily basis (excdept Sun- and Holiday), until 5.30 p.m. Orders can be collected each morning as of 8 a.m.
