FURTHER CONSEQUENCES
Registration obligation in our resorts: As before the pandemic, there is an obligation to register in all our ALPS RESORTS. With the help of our online check-in, this is very easy to do before you arrive. This eliminates the waiting times at the usual check-in and you can move into your apartment or chalet even faster.
Minimum distance of two meters: A minimum distance of two meters must be maintained from other groups of guests. Fortunately, this is not a challenge in our extensive holiday resorts.
FFP2 mask obligation until March 4th, 2022: In all public, closed rooms as well as outdoors if the minimum distance of two meters to people outside the household cannot be maintained.
Do you feel uncomfortable during your holiday despite all the safety measures you have taken? Please contact our reception immediately by phone and stay in your accommodation. The on-site team knows what needs to be done and is happy to support you.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If a lockdown with a ban on accommodation is prescribed of your booked travel date, you will of course get your money back and can rebook or cancel your holiday free of charge. Otherwise our general cancellation guidelines apply.

With this measure we want to minimize the risk at least when booking a vacation. A vacation in a holiday home is currently probably the safest vacation option. Flexibility & freedom and sufficient space & privacy are key benefits during your stay in the Alpendorf Dachstein West.
